Our stay was amazing, with breathtaking ocean views from our junior suite. The room was perfect for us, although the couch felt a bit out of place. The Nobu Restaurant dinner was the cherry on top of our trip, along with the warm hospitality from the hotel staff.
The hotel has really nice and comfortable rooms inside the more modern tower, currently undergoing a redesign for a contemporary look. However, the facilities and pools may not meet the 5-star standard. The service was disappointing with outdated rooms and arrogant staff. The location is great for Miami Beach, overlooking the canal and ocean, and although not near much, it's close enough to the lively South Beach. The dining experience was delightful with welcoming staff, though slightly lacking in variety. The hotel offers a nice jacuzzi bath in the rooms.
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were nice, although the unusual doors in the bathroom took some getting used to. The street view from my room was lovely, and I especially enjoyed the amazing balcony with ocean views. The location was fantastic, close to malls and eating venues, just a short distance from the airport but away from the South Beach hustle. The service was exceptional, with professional and kind staff. The dining experience was delightful, with friendly and engaging staff providing great service. Overall, a lovely place to stay with a few minor drawbacks.
